Our client has entered into an agreement to purchase Apartment No. 8D with staff quarter located at 23/AB Zafar Ali Road, Gulberg V, Lahore, measuring 1,475 square feet from Ms. Sonia Mansoor, free from all encumbrances, claims, dues, taxes, charges or litigation. Any person, department or organization having any objection or claim pertaining to the said agreement/transaction may submit the objection in writing together with supporting proof within seven days of this publication to the undersigned. Objections/claims not submitted as aforesaid shall be deemed to have been waived and the property shall be considered clean and clear.
