Arif Habib Limited notifies shareholders that seven persons have offered themselves for election as directors at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 2026-10-28 at 10:00 a.m. at the PSX Auditorium, Stock Exchange Building, Stock Exchange Road, Karachi, and via electronic means. Under section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, the number of persons offering themselves equals the number of directors fixed by the board; accordingly the seven candidates are deemed to have been elected as unopposed directors for a three-year term.
