PECHS-Valencia Cooperative Housing Society, Lahore, invites sealed quotations from experienced suppliers/firms registered with tax authorities for the procurement of various construction materials. RFQ documents with detailed specifications and terms are available from the society office on written request after payment of a non‑refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000.
Required materials include (but are not limited to): steel (various grades and diameters), cement (50 kg bags, Ordinary Portland Cement), bricks, crushed stone, bajri, sand, HDPE piping, LED street lights (50W), concrete and precast items, electrical cables and fittings, sanitary fittings and pipes, marble & tiles, PVC doors, aluminium windows, paints/coatings, glass for doors and windows, safety grills, fire‑fighting system components, and a passenger lift (6–8 person).
