The Board has fixed the number of directors to be elected at seven and the following persons have filed notices of their intention to offer themselves for election as Directors of the Company. As the number of candidates equals the number of directors fixed, these seven persons shall be deemed to have been elected at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
