Arif Habib Limited notifies shareholders under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 that the following persons have filed their intention to offer themselves as candidates for election to the Board of Directors at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.

Extra-Ordinary General Meeting: Wednesday, 2026-10-28 at 10:00 AM. Venue: PSX Auditorium, Stock Exchange Building, Stock Exchange Road, Karachi. The meeting will also be conducted through electronic means.
