Ittefaq Iron Industries Ltd announces that seven persons have filed notices offering themselves for election as directors in accordance with Section 159(3) of the Companies Act, 2017. The company has fixed the number of directors to be elected at seven under Section 159(1). As the number of candidates equals the fixed number of directors, these seven persons shall be deemed elected as directors at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and will hold office for a term of three (3) years commencing October 26, 2026.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026 at 12:00 am at the registered office located at 40‑B‑II, Gulberg III, Lahore. The independent directors have been selected in accordance with Section 166 of the Companies Act, 2017, taking into account their experience, competencies, diversity, skills and knowledge.
