Issuer: Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Lahore. Procurement method: Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders: Firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above for 2025-26.
Bidding documents may be purchased from the office of the Executive Engineer on submission of a written application on firm letterhead and payment of non‑refundable document fee. Bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security in the form of Call Deposit in favour of ETP Board, Lahore. Bids in sealed envelopes must be submitted to the tender box in the office of the undersigned and will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives.
Performance security: Successful bidder shall furnish additional performance security equal to the difference between estimated cost and total bid amount in the shape of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank or an insurance bond issued by an Insurance Company possessing an "AA" rating. Receipt and opening of bids will follow public holiday rules; bidding documents are also available on PPRA and ETPB websites. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
