Invitation to Bid: Transit & Transport Services for ITNs to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (CMU/GFATM)

Common Management Unit (CMU) for the Global Fund (AIDS, TB & Malaria) invites sealed bids for hiring transit and transportation services for Insecticidal Treated Nets (ITNs) to selected merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Global Fund Malaria Grant (Procurement Ref: CMU/DoMC-079/2026). Procurement will follow National Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure.

Eligible transport firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List may obtain or download bidding documents until 2026-07-25. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM. Sealed bids must be submitted by 2026-07-26 at 11:00 AM; submission through the PPRA e-procurement (eprocure.gov.pk) is mandatory. A refundable bid security of PKR 500,000 (Bank Demand Draft/Call Deposit Receipt/Bank Guarantee) in favor of the Directorate of Malaria Control is required. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders who attend.
