Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites Islamabad/Rawalpindi-based firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and enlisted on the FBR Active Taxpayers List to apply for pre-qualification (framework agreement) for the provision of stationery and contingent items.
Pre-qualification documents with terms and conditions are available from the Purchase Section (Services Division), Executive Block-I, H-9, Islamabad on submission of a non-refundable payment of Rs.1,000 (or downloaded from www.hec.gov.pk with submission of a Rs.1,000 bank draft). The payment/receipt must be deposited in HEC Account No. 174279001334014 at Habib Bank Limited (HBL), SRC Branch, H-9, Islamabad. Completed applications must reach the address by 2026-07-28 13:30; bids will be opened the same day at 14:00.
