Issuer: Military Estates Officer, Peshawar Circle, Peshawar.
Purpose: Proposed transfer/mutation of leasehold rights in respect of Plot No. 68-A, Survey No. 27/68-A, Peshawar Cantt, held on lease under Sch. IX-A of CLA Rules, 1937 in the name of Mrs. Shacen Akhtar according to office records.
Applicants: Muhammad Siddiq Afridi & others submitted an application dated 23/09/2026 with a Letter of Administration dated 17/08/2026 issued by NADRA stating that the lessee Shacen Akhtar died on 31/03/2026 and requesting transfer/mutation of her leasehold share to her legal heirs by way of inheritance.
