Office of the District Council Sialkot invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Contractors must be enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Key instructions: Bids must be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Submission deadline: 2026-11-11 at 11:00 AM; electronic bid opening the same day at 1:30 PM in the presence of District Council Sialkot representatives. Bid validity: 60 days from the date of opening. A Bid Security of 5% of the Contract Price must be submitted via SWIFT MT760 along with the PSID generated from the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical bid securities will not be accepted. The successful bidder will furnish a Performance Security of 5% of the Contract Price through SWIFT MT760 in accordance with procurement rules. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept, reject, increase or decrease scope/quantity as per applicable rules and to verify credentials and documents submitted by bidders.
