Issuer: Military Engineer Services (HQ DW&CE (A), GHQ Rawalpindi). Purpose: Invitation for applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for multiple construction works under FY 2026-27 across Punjab.
Scope: Tendering is for numerous construction projects including vehicle sheds, store blocks, office blocks, CHDH/CHD facilities, staff accommodation and miscellaneous construction/repair works at locations such as Okara, Lahore, Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Khanewal and other Punjab garrisons. Only contractors who are pre-qualified will be issued tender documents.
