Office of the District Council Vehari invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure) from eligible engineering firms/contractors registered on the system. Firms must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence/enlistment for the Financial Year 2026-27 in the relevant category/codes and meet eligibility and technical qualification requirements in the bidding documents.

Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted online as a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) through the e-Procurement System. Detailed bidding documents, including instructions, technical evaluation criteria, specifications and BOQ/DNIT, are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical proposals will be opened electronically at the specified time; financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened thereafter in accordance with procurement rules.
