Cantonment Board Bahawalpur invites sealed quotations from well‑reputed and experienced firms/contractors for hiring rubbish compactors on a monthly rental basis for sanitation and solid waste management within Bahawalpur Cantonment.

Quotations must state the monthly rental charges inclusive of all applicable taxes and other expenses, and must be accompanied by relevant documents establishing the firm’s experience and eligibility. The firm will be responsible for providing the vehicle and associated services in accordance with the requirements and terms and conditions of the Cantonment Board Bahawalpur.
Sealed quotations must reach the office of the undersigned by 2026-11-09 at 12:30 PM and will be opened on the same date at 01:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who may wish to attend. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
