Arif Habib Limited notifies shareholders that seven persons offered themselves for election as directors for the Company’s Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM). The EOGM is scheduled for 2026-10-28 at 10:00 a.m. at the PSX Auditorium, Stock Exchange Building, Stock Exchange Road, Karachi, and will also be held through electronic means. Under section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, the number of candidates equals the number of directors to be elected, so the listed candidates are deemed elected (unopposed) for a three-year term.
