The Board fixed the number of directors to be elected at seven (7). Because the number of persons who offered themselves for election equals the number fixed by the Board, the above seven persons shall be deemed to have been elected as Directors of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
AGM date and time: 2026-10-26 at 12:00. Registered office: 40-B-II, Gulberg III, Lahore. Elected directors will hold office for a term of three (3) years commencing from October 26, 2026. Independent directors have been selected in accordance with Section 166 of the Companies Act, 2017. Profiles of the named persons are available on the company's website.
