Issuer: National Bank of Pakistan. Purpose: To hire a senior Human Resource Management professional to lead Leadership Development for the Bank in Karachi on a contractual basis.

Position	Wing Head – Leadership Development (VP / SVP)
Location	Karachi
Reporting To	Divisional Head – Capability, Culture & Corporate Impact
Qualifications	Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC; Master’s degree and/or other professional certification preferred.
Experience	Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Leadership Development and/or Human Resources. Experience developing leadership training programs preferred.
Key Responsibilities & Skills	Design, initiate and lead leadership programs aligned with Bank strategy. Keep abreast of prevailing trends and programmes in the market; evaluate and update course materials. Propose, assess and recommend leadership programmes; prepare in-house development solutions and work with external vendors. Work with Group Chiefs and Managers to create programmes that strengthen core leadership attributes. Develop long-term strategies, competency-based assessment centres, succession planning and development plans for high-potential and critical staff. Prepare dashboards and presentations; oversee budget for leadership programmes; ensure stakeholder communication and ownership. Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Employment Type	Contractual for three years; may be renewed at Management's discretion. Compensation and benefits as per Bank policy.
Assessment	Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for panel interview(s).
