Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites sealed bids from reputable contractors for the EU-funded “Energy Plus – Green Retrofitting of Public Buildings (Schools & Hospitals)” project for the Green Retrofitting of the Basic Health Unit, Zondragram Terich, Upper Chitral. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, hold PEC registration (updated Category C-5 or above) and be on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure and bidders must quote for all BOQ items; partial bids will be rejected.
