The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the repair and maintenance of NCCIA Building No. 12 on Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad. Eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above may participate under a Single Stage–Single Envelope, Least Cost Based Selection procedure.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (registered bidders only) and be accompanied by the required bid security as specified in the bidding documents. Submission deadline: Friday, 31 July 2026 at 11:30 AM; e-bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified; further details available via the procuring agency and PPRA websites.
