Military Engineer Services Tender for Facilities at PAF Base Chaklala

The Military Engineer Services, Office of DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala, invites sealed tenders for the provision of facilities at PAF Base under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. Tender notice reference: DW&CE/6503-Advt-Ibd/07/E-6, dated 27 October 2026.

Interested firms must submit their particulars, work orders, completion certificates for similar projects, bank statements, NTN certificates, income tax returns for the last three years, and other relevant information to the issuing office. Firms must also certify that they are not involved in litigation with government departments and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.

Eligible firms and contractors must be enlisted with PEC in category C-5 or above in the relevant field, with validity at least up to June 2027. Non-enlisted firms may preferably be in MES category A; a refundable bid security of 2% is required from non-enlisted firms. Firms must not have special reports of DI&E or outstanding recoveries.

Tenders will be issued to prequalified firms and contractors. Bids must reach HQ DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala, by 11:30 a.m. on 16 November 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 noon the same day.

Bidding documents may be obtained from the procuring agency upon payment of the prescribed fee, which covers document preparation and supply. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
