Chief Minister’s Inspection Team Rawalpindi Tender for HR Outsourcing Services

The Directorate General North Region, Chief Minister’s Inspection Team (CMIT), Rawalpindi invites electronic bids for HR outsourcing services under a framework contract. Eligible firms, companies and service providers must hold relevant registration with regulatory and tax authorities, including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax, for the current financial year.

Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete electronic bids must be submitted through https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk by 12 November 2026 at 1:30 PM. Bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same date at CMIT North Region, Rawal Park, Rawal Road, near the Rescue 1122 office, Rawalpindi.

A fixed bid security of PKR 350,000 is required in the form of a CDR, demand draft or pay order in favour of Director General, CMIT, North Region, Rawalpindi. The original security instrument must reach the procurement office before the submission deadline in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title.

Bidding documents are available from the Office of Director General, Directorate General North Region, Chief Minister’s Inspection Team, Rawalpindi. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late bids or bids submitted through a method other than the prescribed electronic process will not be considered. Reference: IPL-11421.
