The bank seeks recovery of Rs. 344,253.32, together with cost of funds and costs of the suit, representing the balance of principal and markup.
The defendant is summoned to obtain leave from the court within 30 days of service to appear and defend the suit, and within that period to enter an appearance. In default, the plaintiff may obtain a decree after expiry of the 30-day period for a sum not exceeding Rs. 344,253.32, together with costs of funds and markup, costs of the suit, and any amount the court orders from the date the suit was instituted.
