IDAP Tender for Cryopreservation Laboratory Equipment at Nawaz Sharif Cancer Institute, Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals from eligible bidders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment on a DAP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore.

The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014, amended up to date, using open competitive bidding and the Single-Stage Two-Envelope (SSTE) procedure.

Interested bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. The RFP notice and documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders at eproc.punjab.gov.pk and on the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.

Technical and financial proposals must be prepared according to the RFP instructions and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 19 November 2024 at 2:30 PM. Technical proposals will be opened through the same system on that day at 3:00 PM. Proposals submitted through any other method will not be considered.

If the submission deadline is declared a public holiday, proposal submission and opening will take place on the next working day.
