The Court of the Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court / Sessions Judge, Zhob, has issued a proclamation in the case of State vs Hafiz Sadiq and others, bearing ATC Case No. 11/26 and Case No. 05/26, CTD Zhob.
The proclamation is issued under Section 87 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Pakistan, read with Section 19(10) of the Anti-Terrorism Act. The court records that the accused has absconded or concealed himself, preventing execution of the arrest warrant.
