District Health Officer Jacobabad Tender for Medical Equipment and Furniture for RHC Dau-Jahanpur

The Office of the District Health Officer, District Jacobabad, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply of medical equipment, machinery, instruments, furniture and fixtures under ADP Scheme No. 835: Construction of RHC in Village Dau-Jahanpur, Taluka Garhikhairo, District Jacobabad, for financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28.

Eligible bidders include suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, whichever is applicable. Procurement will follow Rule 46(2), Single Stage–Two Envelopes Procedure.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Interested bidders must register on EPADS at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.

Bids prepared according to the bidding documents must be submitted on EPADS by 30 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The original instrument for the tender fee of Rs. 3,000, along with the fixed bid security applicable to the quoted items, must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline.

Bids will be opened on 30 November 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.
