The Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Mirpur Mathelo, District Ghotki, has issued Public Notice No. 03 dated 21 September 2026 concerning final scrutiny and verification of the Record of Rights for 1985–86 in Deh Suhanjro, Tapo Khohi Khengi, Taluka Mirpur Mathelo.
The verification is being conducted under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967, following directions discussed at the Board of Revenue Sindh meeting held on 28 February 2025 and Board of Revenue Sindh, Hyderabad order No. Rev-II/36/2026/MISC/RW/BOR dated 12 February 2026. The exercise includes re-review, verification and amendment of land records through technology to make them digitized and computerized in line with the Government of Sindh's public-convenience initiative.
Rewriting the Record of Rights and verifying its correctness are underway under subsections (11), (12) and (15) of Section 42 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. The following landholders and survey entries are covered by this notice.

Anyone objecting to a landholder's name, survey number, ownership or any other matter concerning these entries may file an objection at the office of the Mukhtiarkar / Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Mirpur Mathelo, within fifteen days of the notice's issuance. Otherwise, the rewriting process will be treated as verified.
The rewritten and computerized records will be maintained according to Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs). Landholders whose entries lack a CNIC number, contain an incorrect number or have a wrong name must bring their identity cards so that their information can be entered correctly in the new record books.
