Public Notice: Final Verification of Record of Rights — Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Ghotki

Issuer: Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Ghotki, District Ghotki (under Board of Revenue, Sindh).

Purpose: Final verification and correction of the Record of Rights (RoR) for parts of Sindh carried out under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. The process follows the Full Board meeting of the Board of Revenue Sindh (held 2025-02-28) and an order dated 2026-02-12 (No. 1-Misc/RW/BOR/2026/36/11-Rev.). The Government of Sindh has also initiated a project to transfer RoR to a computerized system for public access.

Areas covered (examples shown): Deh Pako Pandhi, Tapo Pandhi (Taluka Ghotki). Detailed lists of entries, landowners, survey numbers and area shares have been published as part of this notice.

Action required: Any person aggrieved by the re-verification or not satisfied with the entries may submit an objection in writing to the Mukhtiarkar Office or the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Ghotki, within fifteen (15) days of this notice. Objections must include valid identification; holders whose National Identity Card (CNIC) is missing or incorrect are requested to bring their correct CNIC so identity information can be entered into the new computerized register.

Notes:

• Objections filed after the 15-day period may not be admitted.
• The fresh confirmation of right-holders and the computerized record will be maintained in accordance with the Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) system.
