Hala Irrigation Division Junior Clerk Jobs 2026

The Irrigation Department, Office of the Executive Engineer, Hala Irrigation Division, invites applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Matiari, Sanghar and Hyderabad districts for Junior Clerk vacancies. Applications must be submitted within 15 days of publication of the advertisement.

Eligible applicants must apply through the Government of Sindh Job Portal at https://sjp.gos.pk. Candidates must have passed the Graduation Category general screening test conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks and possess the certificate issued by STS.

Age will be calculated on the closing date for submission of applications under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. A five-year relaxation in the upper age limit applies under the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department notification No. SOII (SGA&CD) 5-64/2011 (Part-II), dated March 6, 2025.

The reserved quota for initial appointments will be observed according to the Government of Sindh's laws and policies. Applicants already in service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department before submitting their application and bring the original NOC to the interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

Eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with their original documents according to the interview schedule uploaded to the job portal. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
