The Government of Sindh's Programme Management Unit, Accelerated Action Plan (AAP) for Reduction of Stunting and Malnutrition, Fisheries Sector, Karachi, invites bids from firms, companies and suppliers for the supply of fish seed during financial year 2026–27.

Bidders must be registered for income tax and General Sales Tax. Bids must be submitted through EPADS, with the original pay order delivered to the Programme Coordinator, Programme Management Unit, AAP, Fisheries Sector, within the prescribed deadline.
A security deposit equal to 5% of the total bid amount is required in the form of a bank pay order in favour of the Programme Coordinator, Programme Management Unit, Accelerated Action Plan, Fisheries Sector, Government of Sindh. Bid prices must be quoted in Pakistani currency.
The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids or cancel the procurement process in accordance with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010, as amended.
