District Health Officer Tando Muhammad Khan Tender for Medical Equipment, Machinery and Furniture

The District Health Officer, Tando Muhammad Khan, invites electronic bids for the procurement of medical equipment, machinery and furniture under ADP Scheme No. 84 for the relocation and improvement of DHQ Hospital Tando Muhammad Khan, covering financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 46(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules.

Eligible sole proprietors, firms, manufacturers, importers and dealers with NTN and GST registration, where applicable, may participate through the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Suppliers must register at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to submit their bids.

Prepare bids in accordance with the bidding documents and submit them through EPADS by 30 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000, payable in the name of the District Health Officer, Tando Muhammad Khan. The original payment instrument must be submitted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the auditorium of Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi, in the presence of the procurement committee and participating bidders.

If the government declares a public holiday on the scheduled date, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same time and venue. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010.
