Submission deadline: 19 November 2026 at 12:00 noon through EPADS. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 p.m. before the Tender Opening Committee at the office of Municipal Committee Jahanian.
Registration on Punjab PPRA's e-procurement portal, www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, is mandatory. Registration guidance is available at ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-procurement. Contractors must quote rates against every entry and item in the NIT/BOQs and complete all rate-analysis, summary and sub-summary pages of their financial bids. Blank NIT/BOQs or incomplete entries will make a bid non-responsive and exclude it from determination of the lowest evaluated bidder.
Earnest money must be uploaded as a CDR for 5% of the estimated cost in favour of Municipal Committee Jahanian. The original CDR, issued by the Bank of Punjab only, must also be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee or Head Clerk (Infrastructure), Municipal Committee Jahanian, on the opening date, one hour before bid opening. Failure to submit the original CDR within this requirement will result in disqualification.
Bidders or their representatives must attend the office of Municipal Committee Jahanian for opening, when their quoted rates and bids will be retrieved and announced before the Tender Opening Committee.
Current PPRA rules will be strictly enforced, and bids violating these rules will be rejected. Submission of false information or documents, including a CDR or receipt, will result in disqualification from the current tender and blacklisting from departmental tendering. Recommendations will also be forwarded to PPRA and PEC for action under the relevant rules.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals before acceptance under PPRA Rule 35 concerning rejection of bids. Recovery against credit for old material will be adjusted manually, and bids will be evaluated accordingly.
The tender is also available at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response period is calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website.
