PMDC Tender for Rock Salt Excavation and Transportation at Khewra Salt Mines

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 to submit bids for non-consultancy services involving excavation and carriage/transportation of rock salt from Tunnel No. 26 at PMDC Salt Mines, Khewra. The procurement is funded under FY 2026–27 and carries reference P175725.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding, using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2006, applicable regulations and instructions issued by the authority.

Every bid must include the bid security required in the bidding document. Acceptable forms include a pay order, banker's cheque, call at deposit, demand draft or a bid security declaration using the prescribed format.

The e-bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements, are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at the procurement opportunity page. Bids must be prepared according to the e-bidding instructions and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. Manual bids will not be considered.
