PKLI Rawalpindi Tenders for Medical Equipment, Consumables and Modular OT Works

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC), Rawalpindi, invites bids from eligible firms registered with the income tax and sales tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

The tender publication date is 28 October 2026. The notice identifies 29 October 2026 as the publication date on the Punjab PPRA website and states that the response period will be calculated exclusively from that website publication date.

Submission deadline: 20 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening: 20 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. The procurement procedure is single-stage, two-envelope.

Tender documents are available free of charge through the Punjab PPRA website, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and the e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Detailed specifications, quantities, estimated costs, bid security amounts, submission and opening requirements, and evaluation methods are contained in the tender documents. Tender documents will be handled in accordance with PPRA 2014.

Bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System by the deadline. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procuring agency will not be responsible for failure to submit an e-bid due to technical errors or internet failure.

Bid security must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-PS in the manner prescribed by EPPRA/Punjab e-Procurement. Physical financial instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Attach proof of bid security with the bid.

Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the bid-opening date. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. PKLI&RC will not bear any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparing, delivering or electronically submitting bids. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.

Eligible firms may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Department from the publication date during office hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
