PMAS Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi Tender for 155 kW Solar System

Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University, Murree Road, Shamsabad, Rawalpindi, invites bids under Tender Notice No. 003/P 2026-27 for the purchase and installation of a 120 kW + 35 kW (155 kW) solar system. The procurement is part of the PSDP-funded project for the Establishment of the National Center of Industrial Biotechnology (ENCIB).

Prospective bidders must be registered with the relevant authority or department for Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Provincial Sales Tax where applicable. Bidders must also be registered with the PPRA Punjab e-Procurement System.

All electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by uploading PDF files under the prescribed method. Bidding documents are available at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Under PPRA Rule 25(7), bidders may download the bidding documents from the authority's website and participate in the procurement process without paying any cost or fee. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
