SFARI Chilya Thatta Tender for Stores, Medicines and Machinery 2026–27

The Director, SFARI, Sindh Fisheries, Chilya, Thatta, invites bids from eligible suppliers and authorized dealers for procurement during the financial year 2026–27. The tender reference is 1070/2026/Goods/NIT/SFARI/DDF, dated 20 October 2026.

Tender documents may be obtained from the Director's office at SFARI, Chilya, Thatta, during office hours upon payment of the applicable fee and submission of a request on the firm's letterhead. Participating suppliers, dealers and firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax.

Bids must include a bank pay order equal to 5% of the bid value as bid security, drawn in favour of the Director, SFARI, Sindh Fisheries. Submit a separate bid package for each tender. Include the firm's registration documents, tax records, bank information and relevant supply experience. Quoted prices must include applicable taxes, and statutory deductions will apply.

The procurement will follow the single-stage, one-envelope procedure under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules. Supplies must comply with the required specifications and conditions. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted. The competent authority may accept or reject bids in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.

Tender documents and bids are to be handled through the office of the Director, SFARI, Chilya, Thatta. If a government holiday falls on the scheduled date, the proceedings will take place on the next working day at the same time.
