Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore Tender for Medicines and Medical Devices 2026–2027

Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore-54600, invites sealed-cover bids from reputed firms for a rate contract covering the day-to-day local purchase of medicines, medical devices, suture material, implants and stents for the year 2026–2027.

Tender reference: SZH/PHY/CR/116/2026. Notice date: 30 October 2026. Estimated tender cost: approximately Rs. 100 million.

Participating firms must be registered on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Federal Vol. 2, registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and included in the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List.

A CDR of Rs. 2 million must be deposited in favour of the Administrator/Executive Director, Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available through EPADS, Federal Vol. 2, and can also be downloaded from www.szmc.org.pk. The tender is also available on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.

Bids must be prepared according to the bidding documents and uploaded through EPADS, Federal Vol. 2, before 19 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders and the committee in the Conference Room, first floor, Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore.

The single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will apply. Late tenders will not be accepted. Bid assessment and procurement procedures, including receipt, opening and award, will be governed by the Federal PPRA Rules 2004, as amended, through EPADS, Federal Vol. 2.
