Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore Parking Stand Auction 2026

Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore invites interested individuals, firms and companies registered with the relevant authorities to participate in an electronic auction for a one-year parking stand contract covering cycles and motorcycles within the hospital premises.

The successful applicant will be responsible for parking arrangements for all types of vehicles entering Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, including motorcycles and cycles, ensuring systematic traffic flow within the institution and professional arrangements for vehicle safety and security.

The detailed terms, conditions and auction documents can be viewed or downloaded from the e-Auction Portal at https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk/login and the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department website at http://health.punjab.gov.pk immediately after publication of the auction announcement.

Eligible individuals, firms and companies may register through the e-Auction Portal according to the eligibility criteria in the auction documents. Applications must be submitted electronically; hard-copy applications are not required. Applicants are encouraged to register well before the deadline. The hospital will not be responsible for submission failures caused by technical problems or internet failure. Applications containing corrupt files, inaccessible records or viruses will be rejected.

The hospital's auction committee will scrutinize registration submissions, and the evaluation result will be uploaded to the e-Auction Portal. Only applicants declared eligible may participate in the subsequent electronic auction on the scheduled date.

Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price through a bank draft, bank guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), demand draft, pay order or banker's cheque issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan. The instrument must be in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore. The original must be submitted in person at the Conference Room, 1st Floor, MCH Block, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore, within ten days of announcement of the evaluation result. Failure to comply will make the applicant ineligible for the e-auction. A copy of the financial instrument must also be uploaded to the e-Auction Portal.

If a closing date for registration, grievances, earnest money submission, the auction or another related activity falls on a government-declared public holiday or a non-working day, the next official working day will be treated as the closing date.

The auction will be conducted under the Auction Policy 2025 notified by the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department.
