ADLG Kalat Tender for N-25 Security Infrastructure Upgradation and Renovation

The Office of the Assistant Director Local Government, Kalat, invites sealed percentage tenders from interested contractors and firms for work under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative Project (BSDI), Phase III. Tenders are based on Market Rate (NSR)/Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up to date. The work completion time limit is 30 June 2027.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Bidder eligibility criteria are contained in the bidding documents. Bids must include 2% bid security in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.

Bidding documents can be downloaded free of charge from www.bppra.gob.pk or obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a tender fee of PKR 1,500. The fee must be deposited under account title ADLG KALAT, account C03870.

The technical bid must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 19 November 2026. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 PM at the Office of ADLG Kalat. Bid validity is 90 days.
