BBISE Quetta Tender Corrigendum for Construction of One Window Cell

The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE), Quetta, invites eligible bidders to undertake construction of a One Window Cell for 2026, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis.

This corrigendum relates to the earlier advertisement bearing AB No. 470/27-10-2026 and procurement reference TSE-2627101215823. The changes concern the case schedule, marked “By Default,” and eligibility criteria. All remaining terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidder eligibility requirements are contained in the bidding documents. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders participating in government procurement, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

Bids must be accompanied by 3% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, issued in the name of the undersigned.

Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Secretary, Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Quetta, for PKR 1,000. Documents will be issued from the date of publication of the Notice Inviting Tender until 11 November 2026 during office hours on working days. Bidders who downloaded the bidding documents before 30 October 2026 must download the amended bidding documents.

The deadline for bid submission is 11 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the undersigned.
