QIE Lahore E-Bid Tender for Repair and Maintenance Patch Works

The Board of Management Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate (BOM QIE) invites electronic bids from original contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above and with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for repair and maintenance works (patch works) at different areas of QIE.

The estimated project cost is Rs. 9,521,680. Bid security of Rs. 190,434, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, must be submitted or transferred online through the e-Procurement System using the procedure established in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab. Offers without the required security will be rejected as non-responsive.

Bidding will follow the single-stage, one-envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available free of charge to registered bidders at www.qie.com.pk, the Punjab E-Procurement System Portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, and the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

Completed, signed and stamped electronic bids, fully compliant with the tender documents, must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System Portal by 19 November 2026 at 14:30 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 15:00 hours, in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids, and bids submitted through any method other than the prescribed portal, will not be considered. All rates must include all applicable government taxes. Bidders who do not meet the eligibility criteria in the bidding documents will be ineligible.
