Pakistan Airports Authority Multan Airport Printer Supplies Tender 2026-27

Pakistan Airports Authority invites electronic bids for the supply of printer toner cartridges and related supplies for Multan International Airport, Multan, during the financial year 2026–27. Eligible suppliers registered with the relevant tax authorities may participate in accordance with the tender requirements.

The procurement will follow the LCBS method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and the applicable procurement regulations.

Bidders must furnish bid security of PKR 1,000,000 through a pay order, bank draft or call deposit issued by a scheduled bank. The original bid-security instrument must reach the procurement committee before the opening of bids.

Detailed specifications, requirements, terms and conditions, and electronic bidding documents are available through EPADS at procurement reference 139962. Suppliers must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0 to download the documents and submit their bids.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS Version 2.0 by 2:00 PM on 16 November 2026. Bids will be opened through the system at 2:30 PM on the same day. Bids submitted outside EPADS Version 2.0 will not be accepted.
