PAEC Foundation E-Bids for Leasing 4-Kanal Land for a Petrol Station in Nilore, Islamabad

Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission Foundation (PAECF) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for leasing 4 kanal of land at Nilore, Islamabad, for the establishment, development and operation of a petrol filling station on an as-is-where-is basis. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope with prequalification.

Eligible bidders include firms, partnership firms, private limited companies, public limited companies, and state-owned enterprises registered as private or public limited companies. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax and sales tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration may be added as a requirement where the disposal involves civil, electrical or mechanical works.

E-bidding documents under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024, including detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements, are available to registered bidders through EPADS v2.0. Search using Disposal Activity ID D10903.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened online on the same day at 2:30 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Participating bidders will receive automatic notifications through EPADS v2.0 regarding the preliminary results of the e-disposal proceedings. Final results will subsequently be notified in accordance with the bidding documents.

The notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC), constituted under Regulation No. 26, is available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and on the procuring agency's website, if available.
