University of Science and Technology Bannu Scrap Auction Notice 08/2026

The University of Science and Technology Bannu invites auction bids through the Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for used answer sheets, waste paper and discarded files, batteries, tyres, computers and spare parts, vehicle scrap, chairs, iron gates and grilles, used motor oil, and electronic equipment.

The auction materials may be inspected during office hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Interested bidders must upload their tenders to EPADS by 11:00 AM on 23 November 2026. Tenders will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the auction committee and bidders or their representatives, in accordance with KPPRA rules.

Bidders must also deliver a sealed tender form, the original call deposit of PKR 800,000 in favour of the Treasurer, University of Science and Technology Bannu, and the challan for the PKR 2,000 tender form fee to the Treasurer's Office before 11:30 AM on 23 November 2026. Documents received after the prescribed time will not be accepted. The auction documents contain the applicable terms and conditions.

Only tenders uploaded through EPADS will be considered; tenders submitted solely by hand will not be accepted.
