Public Notice Inviting Objections to Purchase of a 2-Kanal Plot in Model Town Extension, Lahore

Hafiz Abdul Gamad, son of Hafiz Abdul Qayyum, and Mst. Azra Abdul Qayyum, wife of Hafiz Abdul Qayyum, have entered into an agreement to purchase a 2-kanal property at Plot No. 15, Block L, MTC-15, Model Town Extension, Lahore.

The original allottee was Shaukat Ali. The property was subsequently owned and possessed by Ijaz Ahmed Rana, son of Manzoor Ahmed Rana. Following his demise on December 31, 2016, and pursuant to a court order and Lahore Development Authority (LDA) records dated September 4, 2020, NOC 2028-56, the current owners and possessors are Shaista Nilofer, Usman Waheed, Maryam Waheed, Komal Zohaib, Mahjabeen, Abdul Qayyum, Chaudhry Asif Rashid, Saqib Rashid, Abida Parveen, Rashida Shabbir, Shahnaz Jabeen, Khurram Hafeez, Khayyam Hafeez, Neelam Habib, Nadia Hafeez, Lubna Hafeez, Masood Aziz and Fayyaz Akhtar.

Any person, institution, agency, bank or other entity having an objection must contact the undersigned within 10 days and provide supporting evidence. After this period, objections will not be entertained and the agreement will proceed to completion.
