Fateh Sports Wear Limited 43rd Annual General Meeting in Hyderabad

Fateh Sports Wear Limited will hold its 43rd Annual General Meeting on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Company's registered office on Mirpurkhas Road, Hyderabad.

Meeting Agenda

1. Confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on October 27, 2025.
2. Receive, consider and adopt the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, together with the Directors' and Auditors' Reports.
3. Appoint auditors and fix their remuneration for the year ending June 30, 2027.
4. Transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Shareholder Participation and Requirements

The Company's share transfer books will remain closed from November 20 to November 26, 2026, both days inclusive.

A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint another member of the Company as a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. Proxies must reach the Company's registered office at least 48 hours before the meeting.

Shareholders wishing to attend through video conferencing must register with the Company's Head Office at least 24 hours before the meeting. Registration requires a CNIC number, folio or CDC account number, mobile number and email address for identification.

Members wishing to receive annual accounts by email should submit the consent form available on the Company's website, duly completed, along with a copy of their CNIC. Members should notify the Company's Registrar in writing of any change in address.

CDC account holders must also follow the guidelines in Circular No. 1 dated January 26, 2000, issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
