Tata Textile Mills Limited Final Cash Dividend Credit for Year Ended June 30, 2026

Tata Textile Mills Limited informs shareholders that the final cash dividend of Rs. 5 per share (50%) for the year ended June 30, 2026, was credited electronically on November 4, 2026, into the designated bank accounts of entitled shareholders who submitted valid CNIC and International Bank Account Number (IBAN) details. The dividend was approved at the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting held on October 27, 2026.

In compliance with Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, and the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulation, 2017, the company has withheld dividends of entitled shareholders who have yet to provide a valid CNIC copy and complete bank details, including IBAN.
