Pakistan Railways Lahore E-Bids for Disposal of Unserviceable and Scrap Material

Pakistan Railways Headquarters, Lahore, invites electronic bids under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for disposal of unserviceable and scrap material on an “as is where is” basis. Interested Federal and Provincial Government organizations, autonomous or semi-autonomous organizations, and State-Owned Entities may participate.

The disposal is covered by Tender No. 189-S/2/G2G/MGPR/2026/1104. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List.

E-bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements, are available to registered bidders through EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Search using Disposal Activity ID D11325. The documents are issued under SRO No. 1447(I)/2026 dated August 31, 2026, concerning the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2026.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Participating bidders will receive automatic notifications through EPADS v2.0 regarding the preliminary results of the e-disposal proceedings. Final results will subsequently be notified in accordance with the bidding documents.

The notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC), constituted under Regulation No. 26, is available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and on the procuring agency’s website, if available.
