Civil Hospital Karachi Tender for Cochlear Implants for ENT Department 2026–27

The Government of Sindh, Health Department, Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi invites electronic bids for the purchase of cochlear implants for its ENT Department under the annual tenders for Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal patients for financial year 2026–27. Tender reference: PROC/DF/2026-27/10901, dated 4 November 2026.

Suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, whichever applies, may participate. Procurement will follow Rule 46(2), Single-Stage, One-Envelope Procedure.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) only; manual bids will not be accepted. The submission instructions require bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents to be submitted through EPADS by 30 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. The original instrument for the Rs. 3,000 tender fee and the required bid security against the quoted items must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline. Under these instructions, bids will be opened on the same day at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, second-floor Board Room, Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi.
