Lyari Development Authority Notice for Bismillah Residency Layout Plan Restoration

The Town Planning Department, Lyari Development Authority, has issued a public notice regarding a request for approval of restoration of the layout plan of Bismillah Residency, covering 8 acres of land in Survey No. 305 at Deh Jam Chakro, Taluka Manghopir, District West Karachi.

Shahryar Ahmed, son of Muhammad Amin, acting as attorney, has applied for approval. The application was forwarded by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Karachi West through letter No. DC(W)/K/403/2023, dated March 1, 2023.

Any person, department or organization having objections may submit them in writing, together with documentary evidence, within three days of publication of this notice. Objections must be submitted to the Town Planning Department, Lyari Development Authority, Bungalow No. 194-B, Block-B, SMCH Society, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Objections submitted or received after the prescribed period will not be entertained. Approval for restoration of the layout plan will be granted upon completion of proceedings.
