The Election Committee of Punjabi Saudagran Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd., Karachi, has notified members that the election of the President and one-third of the Managing Committee members will be held by secret ballot on 5 December 2026. Proceedings will begin at 11:00 a.m. at Office No. 403, 4th Floor, M. Yousuf Chamber, Plot No. A/30, K.C.H.S.U. Block 7/8, near MCB Bank, Karachi.
The notice is dated 6 November 2026. The election is being conducted pursuant to Order No. RCS/Kyc/215/2026 dated 26 October 2026, the society’s registered bylaws, and Rule 9(5) of the Cooperative Societies Rules 2020.

Eligibility and Instructions
Society members holding paid-up or qualifying shares of Rs. 500 under Rule 57(1) of the Cooperative Societies Rules 2020 should file nomination papers. Nomination forms may be obtained from the society office upon production of a photocopy of the candidate’s CNIC.
Entry to the premises is restricted to members and voters with their CNIC. Proxy voting will not be allowed.
